Our School MindMate ambassador programme is designed to support pupils in taking a lead on a range of activities in their school to improve attitudes, knowledge and behaviours around emotional health. The downloadable digital toolkit includes guidance for teachers and a workbook for pupils. 

The Five Ways to Wellbeing assembly introduces the 5 ways of wellbeing to pupils in school - 5 things that can really boost our mental wellbeing; connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give.
