Mental Health and Wellbeing
Mental health and wellbeing are central to a positive, inclusive and successful school environment. When children and young people feel safe, emotionally supported and understood, they are better able to engage with learning, regulate their emotions and reach their full potential.
We work in partnership with schools and settings to develop a whole‑school culture of wellbeing, where mental health is everyone’s responsibility and emotional wellbeing is valued alongside academic achievement. This includes promoting strong, trusting relationships, inclusive practice, early intervention, and staff wellbeing, as well as providing targeted SEMH support where needed.
By prioritising mental health and wellbeing, schools can improve behaviour, increase engagement and attendance, and raise attainment, while creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive community in which every child and young person feels they belong and can thrive.
