Health is not just about our bodies and our physical health, health is also about how we feel and how we cope with different/changing emotions - Our emotional and mental health. This assembly introduces the 5 ways of wellbeing - 5 things that can really boost our mental wellbeing; connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give.
