Increase your confidence in teaching Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) whilst ensuring you meet the new statutory requirements.

It is now compulsory for all primary schools to fully meet the statutory requirements of the Relationships Education & Health Education curriculum.

This course will support you in ensuring you are implementing the statutory changes in this field and increase your confidence in teaching Relationships and Sex Education lessons.

Details

This course is aimed at leaders, teachers and support staff in primary school settings, helping to increase your confidence in approaches to teaching Relationships and Sex Education.

  • Increased your confidence in approaches to teaching the more sensitive aspects of Relationships and Sex Education e.g. puberty and reproduction,

  • Considered how to introduce and use agreed vocabulary in Relationships and Sex Education lessons,

  • Discussed resources that schools may use to support the teaching of puberty and reproduction,

Cost: £135 per delegate.

Schools with a current Health & Wellbeing SLA may be entitled to pre-paid places subject to sufficient available training credits.
