A course to support and challenge school leaders to ensure and assure that they provide for the Personal Development of all pupils.

Details

School leaders will be provided with the most up to date information about what a high quality Personal Development provision includes and any statutory requirements. They will also be challenged to consider how to evaluate the intent and quality of their Personal Development curriculum. The course will include exploration of the Education Inspection Framework.

  • Please note that drinks/refreshments are not provided at this session. Delegates are, however, welcome to bring their own drink/snack. (Hot and cold water will be available).

Outcome

1. Understand the requirements as set out in the Education Inspection Framework (EIF).
2. Consider what evidence you need to evaluate your PD curriculum.
3. Develop understanding of statutory requirements.
4. Share best practice from across the city.

Health & Wellbeing Service Level Agreement (SLA) credit value = 1 credit.

Cost £135 per delegate.

Schools with a current Health & Wellbeing Service SLA may be entitled to pre-paid access subject to sufficient available training credits.

The full 'pay as you go' price will be applied if you have insufficient training credits.
