Mindfullness Training Day 3
Well conducted mindfulness interventions have been shown to be popular with students and staff, and capable of addressing the problems of the young people who take part, and improve their wellbeing, reduce worries, anxiety, distress, reactivity and bad behaviour, improve sleep, self esteem, and bring about greater calmness, relaxation, and self-regulation and awareness as well as improving aspects of cognitive function, and also some aspects of physical health.(Weare 2013)
Join us for this four day training event to develop your own mindful practice and prepare you to deliver this Mindfulness Focus Module to pupils (as part of the MindMate Champions programme).

- gained new skills,
- practised Mindfulness
- gained an understanding of the course content and materials
- know how to access all the resources you will need to teach Mindfulness in school.
