Our keeping safe and well session is available at no cost to primary schools in Leeds (upper KS2).

The session aims to reinforce key messages around infection prevention and control. Sessions are facilitated by a member of the support and prevention team and can be delivered in school or virtually.  

The content of the workshop links with the following from the Statutory Health Education curriculum:

-          personal hygiene,
-          the importance of handwashing,
-          how germs including bacteria and viruses are spread,
-          how to recognise the early signs of physical illness,
-          how vaccines work.

Cost:

All Leeds schools can book this no cost session for one year group (upper KS2 recommended) to be delivered virtually or in person. In addition schools will receive all the session resources to deliver the session to other year groups in KS2
