The event management resource contains a series of structured session plans (6hrs in total) designed to guide students in KS2 through the process of setting up their own event management company. Sessions run in a sequence that simulates the process of starting a business including naming and branding the company, taking on different roles within it, managing finance and creating promotional materials. After the 6th session, students will be in a position to take over the management of an existing school event e.g. a craft fair / seasonal play or a new event e.g. using the school hall to host an art exhibition / coffee morning for local community members. The resource contains all the worksheets and activities needed for each of the 6 sessions.
