Learn how to support the needs of bereaved pupils.

This course will be delivered by Child Bereavement UK and will provide an overview of bereavement specifically for professionals working in the education sector.

Details

This course will cover children’s understanding of death; models of grief; managing grief in school; bereavement policies and procedures; and strategies for support and staff wellbeing.

  • Please note that drinks/refreshments are not provided at this session. Delegates are, however, welcome to bring their own drink/snack. (Hot and cold water will be available).
