Increase your confidence in teaching Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) whilst ensuring you meet the DfE statutory requirements for Health Education and Relationships Education.

This course will support staff in choosing resources, creating a safe environment and gaining confidence to teach some of the more sensitive areas of relationships and sex education.


This course is aimed at year 5 ad 6 class teachers primarily and aims to increase staff confidence in delivering the more sensitive areas of relationships and sex education, especially in relation to puberty and how babies are made. We will share a variety of up-to-date-resources and discuss some of the ways you can make your classroom a safe place to deliver this important education.
