When schools return in September,  it is important that pupils continue to understand the issues of the pandemic, other winter respiratory infections, and how to keep safe.

These sessions cover personal hygiene and the importance of handwashing, how germs including bacteria and viruses are spread and treated and how to recognise early signs of physical illness. This session looks at preventing the spread of infection and links to the pandemic and how pupils can look after themselves and others in this challenging time.

These sessions have been developed with support from the NHS Infection Prevention and Control team and are available at no cost to schools to schools in Leeds only.
