Help Santa to save the North Pole

Narrated by Andy Day (Children's television presenter), this year’s festive film from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) shares the magic of Christmas and commitment to engineer a better, more sustainable world with the help of the next generation of innovators.

Santa and his Chief Elf are on a mission to save the North Pole by making it 'greener'. We've also teamed up with Kids Invent Stuff to challenge kids to discover their inner inventor. We're looking for a design and innovative idea for Santa's super sleigh, with the winning invention being sustainably built and put to the test in real life!
