Free Time to Change resources for schools

1 in 8 young people will experience a mental health problem and too many still fear the reaction of others.

It's time to end the silence.

By devoting a lesson, assembly or short session plan to changing how your school community thinks and acts about mental health, you can make a huge difference.

Time to Change has developed five easy ways to start a conversation in your school and ensure no young person feels isolated or ashamed anymore.

Choose from their range of free activities and they’ll guide you through with easy resources and activities that you can use throughout the school year. Talking about mental health is easier than you think.

Covid-19 - Resources

Firstly may we say THANK YOU to everyone who is working hard during this time to keep children and young people happy, learning, laughing, active and calm at this time of great uncertainty!

We are keen to share tools and resources as best we can, to support children’s wellbeing and education over this period of uncertainty. With this in mind, we have produced a range of advice and free resources for schools, as well as resources for parents/carers in your school.

These resources are updated every week so please check them on a regular basis.
