National Walking Month
It's annual walking month this month! Living Streets are holding their annual celebration and this year marks their 90th anniversary. Join their campaign to make streets fitter for walking for everyone, whether they are aged nine or 90, by adding more walking to your daily routine this month, be it at work, to school, or around your neighbourhood.
Walking briskly (at a pace of around 3mph) for around half an hour a day is a great way to help with weight loss, heart and lung health, increasing bone and muscle strength and improving stamina.View All
